Why This Website Exists
Every year, thousands of deserving families miss housing schemes — or lose money to middlemen — only because the official information is scattered, written in difficult language, or buried inside long notifications. Agents charge fees for "registration" that is actually free on the official portal. This guide was built to close that gap: every process is explained step by step, every fee warning is stated clearly, and every application button takes you to the real government portal — never to a form on this website.
What We Cover
- Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program (federal) — housing finance for first-time home buyers across Pakistan through the official portal apnaghar.gov.pk and participating banks.
- Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (Punjab) — PHATA's interest-free loan of up to Rs 15 lakh for families who own a small plot, via acag.punjab.gov.pk.
- Apni Zameen Apna Ghar (Punjab) — free 3 marla plots for families who own no property at all, via azag.punjab.gov.pk.
- Registration guides, eligibility criteria, required documents, instalment plans, balloting and application status checking for each programme.
Our Editorial Policy
Content on this website is written from official programme announcements, government portals and reputable news reporting. Figures such as loan limits, instalments and plot counts are cross-checked, and where reports differ, the official portal figure is treated as final and the difference is noted. Pages carry a review date, and guides are updated when a programme announces a new phase, a revised instalment or a changed eligibility rule. We never publish a "last date", fee or result list that the official source has not announced.
What We Are Not
We are not a government body, we are not affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, the Government of Punjab, PHATA or any bank, and we cannot approve, reject, speed up or influence any application. We never collect CNIC numbers, documents, OTPs or money. If anyone contacts you in our name asking for any of these, it is fraud — report it on the official helpline 0800-09100.
