Your privacy is simple to protect on the Apna Ghar Scheme guide, because this website is designed to need almost nothing from you: there is no account, no registration, no form asking for personal data — and that is deliberate, so that there is nothing sensitive here for anyone to misuse.

What We Never Collect

  • CNIC numbers — never asked, never stored. Enter your CNIC only on websites ending in .gov.pk.
  • OTPs, passwords and PINs — never asked by us, on any page, call or message.
  • Documents — we accept no uploads of fards, registries, photos or certificates.
  • Payments — this website has no payment facility and charges nothing.

What Is Collected Automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time) for security and basic traffic counting. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors, are not sold, and are not combined with any personal profile — because we hold no personal data to combine them with.

The Eligibility Checker

The eligibility checker on our homepage runs entirely inside your own browser. Your answers are not sent to us, not saved and not shared; refreshing the page erases them. Its result is an indication only — official eligibility is decided by the programme's own verification.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If third-party services embedded in the future (for example a video or analytics tool) set cookies, this policy will be updated to name them before they are used.

External Websites

When you follow a link to an official portal (apnaghar.gov.pk, acag.punjab.gov.pk, azag.punjab.gov.pk) or any other external site, that site's own privacy policy applies. Official portals do ask for CNIC and documents as part of real applications — that data goes directly to the government system, never through this website.
