This page lists exactly who to contact for each kind of question, so your issue reaches the right desk the first time.

Call 0800-09100 for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (PHATA) queries: registration help, verification issues and status information. Keep your CNIC and application reference ready.

In Person

Visit your district's Deputy Commissioner (DC) office, Assistant Commissioner office or the nearest PHATA facilitation desk. Staff register and guide applicants free of cost.

Before You Call — A Quick Checklist

Your 13-digit CNIC number (never share its OTP with anyone).
Your application / tracking reference, if you have already applied.
The mobile number registered in your own name that you used in the application.
A short note of the exact problem — for example "status shows under verification since…" — so the officer can trace your case quickly.
