Registration for the federal Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program takes place on the official page linked below. Read the steps on this page first, then press the button to open it.

Before You Register — Keep These Ready
- Valid CNIC (not expired), exactly as per NADRA records.
- Mobile number registered in your own name — the OTP comes on it.
- Family details (head of family as per NADRA) and household income information.
- NSER registration / PMT score details, where the programme asks for them.
- For the Punjab construction loan: plot fard / registry and a recent passport-size photograph.
Step-by-Step: Federal Registration at apnaghar.gov.pk
- Open the official registration page. Go to apnaghar.gov.pk and open the Register page (button above takes you directly there).
- Create your account. Enter your CNIC number, name and mobile number, set a strong password, and verify the OTP sent to your phone. Never share this OTP with anyone.
- Fill the registration form. Add personal, family, employment/income and housing details carefully — these are matched against NADRA and bank records later.
- Choose your housing option. Select the financing/construction option that fits you (buy, build or expand, as offered on the portal) and enter the property details.
- Review and submit. Read every field once before submitting. After submission, save the confirmation and any tracking reference the portal shows you.
- Wait for verification & bank processing. Your case is verified and processed through the programme's partner institutions; updates come through the portal and SMS on your registered number.
Punjab Applicants — Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Registration
If you are a Punjab resident who owns a small plot (up to 5 marla urban / 10 marla rural) and wants the interest-free construction loan up to Rs 15 lakh, your registration is on the Punjab portal acag.punjab.gov.pk instead: register with CNIC and mobile, choose the Rs 5 / 10 / 15 lakh tier, upload CNIC and plot documents, and submit. 5 Registration Mistakes That Get Applications Stuck
- Mobile number not registered in the applicant's own name, so OTP/account mismatches occur.
- Spelling or details that do not match NADRA records (name, father's name, address).
- Blurry or wrong documents — especially an old fard instead of a current ownership record.
- Applying twice for the same family, which can flag both applications.
- Paying an "agent" to register — registration is free, and agent-submitted wrong data becomes your problem.
